This deck includes: 1) Lolnotacop-Tag Overhaul deck 2) Zanki BG deck 3) Pepper Pharm and Pepper Micro It is a bible to be made use of by all Medical Students
Created by /u/ZankiStep1 and is based primarily on First Aid 2016 and 2017 editions as well as Pathoma and Costanzo. The deck is intended to cover all relevant physiology and pathology for boards.
Created by /u/Lightyear2k and based primarily on Boards and Beyond videos, with ~22,500 cards and very comprehensive. Boards and Beyond is very comprehensive of the material covered on Step 1 and has the related pages in First Aid cited. Watching Boards & Beyond videos, doing the quizzes for the corresponding videos, reading the related pages in First Aid + annotating them, and then doing the corresponding cards in the Lightyear anki deck should prepare students very well and cover the physiology, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, etc information needed for boards. This new deck seems to be entering the "gold standard" tier that the Zanki Step 1 and Brosencephalon decks are in for covering most topics for Step 1 using Anki.
Flashfinals is a free revision resource for UK medical students. The structure of the flashcard library is based on the Oxford Clinical School final exam syllabus. Personally the cards are quite lengthy, and not ideal for flashcard revision, but it is a great resource for UK medical students.
Since the original version of this collection was posted in summer of 2014, the Reddit /r/medicalschool community has collectively curated and vetted the flashcards by fixing errata, updating and/or removing poorer quality cards, filling gaps in the catalog, and fortifying the collection's structure. This could be considered as the original mega deck used for medical students.
